Screen
Ten minutes, online, free. The form asks the questions that decide whether your case is one we take: how your spouse entered, whether anyone has been in court, how long you have held the card, the trips, the taxes. You get one of three answers on the spot: it fits, it needs a closer look, or we are not the right firm and here is who might be.

Strategy call
A video call with the attorney, not an intake coordinator. We confirm eligibility against your actual documents, walk through the government fees and the realistic timeline for your office, and answer everything you have been afraid to ask. Afterward you get a written case plan: the documents to gather, in order, and the risks we see.

Engage and build
You sign the engagement agreement with its published schedule and pay into the trust account. Then you upload documents against your checklist through a secure portal. We review each one, flag the thin spots, and draft the entire filing. Nothing is sent to the government until you have read every page and signed off.

File
We file with USCIS and track every receipt notice. You pay the government fees directly at filing. Biometrics appointments, address changes, and routine requests for more evidence are handled inside the flat fee. You hear from us at every stage, whether or not anything has changed.

Interview and decision
A mock interview by video before the real one, run the way the officer runs it. You get a bring-list and a plain explanation of what happens in the room. Then we monitor the case through the decision, or through the oath ceremony for citizenship, and close the file with a written summary.
What you need
A phone or laptop. A camera. Your documents.
Video calls run on a link we send you; nothing to install. Documents go through a secure upload portal with a checklist that shows what is in, what is missing, and what we have reviewed. Signatures are electronic. Payments go to the trust account by card or bank transfer.
If you have a scanner, good. If you have a phone camera and a flat table, also good. We tell you exactly how each document needs to be captured so we do not have to ask twice.
Both spouses join the marriage calls. Both sign the agreement. Both attend the mock interview. There is no version of a marriage case where one spouse does all the work.
How you hear from us
Silence from the government is not silence from us.
Immigration cases spend most of their life waiting. The waiting is where people lose their minds. We treat the waiting as part of the case.
You get a written statement at every trust stage. You get a message when any government notice arrives, the same day we receive it. And you get a check-in on a fixed schedule even when nothing has happened, so that nothing happening is a fact you were told, not something you inferred.
