Has either spouse ever been in immigration court, or received a removal or deportation order?

Has either spouse ever been arrested, charged, or convicted, anywhere in the world?

Include anything, even if it was dismissed or expunged.

Has either spouse ever given false information to U.S. immigration, or used someone else's identity or documents?

Has either spouse been married before?

Does the citizen spouse's income meet the federal guideline for your household, or is a joint sponsor available?

How long have you held your green card?

In the last five years, any single trip outside the country of six months or longer?

Ever been arrested, cited, charged, or convicted, anywhere in the world?

Traffic tickets under $500 with no arrest are fine to mark no.

Have you filed federal taxes every year you were required to?

If you are male and lived in the U.S. between ages 18 and 26: did you register for selective service?

Are you in removal proceedings now, or have you ever had a deportation order?

Will you need a medical exception from the English or civics test?
